Me during presentation After meeting, we decided to combine the stationary and books collections together as the slot of the poster is insufficient.  The pictures of the stationary and the instruction for stationary requirements were added in the poster as well. This week we finally get the application of the poster done and printed all of the poster in A3 size and A5 size.  We placed the collection box at the entrance of the SLC Centre. Darren also added an additional poster on the wall to catch attention. This week we tried to find the manage department to ask  the permission for pasting the poster around the campus but we did not manage to see the officer due to they were not around. During the third time, an officer from another department gave us a contact number of the management department. We contact the people before we go so that we can ensure the people are in the office as most of the time they would not be around due to events and meetings. We also did a slide for Group 4 regarding the numbers of the bookshelf needed and the method of coding as they mention plan drawing task could not be proceed due to the lack of information of the coding method and the number of bookshelf. Hence book group had a meeting to discuss the number of shelf needed and the method of coding. The meeting outcome is the method of coding need to be easy to understand and easy to be made.
